The TriState Circuit has established a Hall of Fame to honor individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact on the TriState Circuit. This honor will be bestowed every other year.

Who may make nominations?

All registered color guard and percussion units are eligible to nominate an individual to the Tri-State Circuit Hall of Fame.

How may nominations can be made by a unit?

Each unit may only nominate one person.

Who can be a candidate for nomination to be inducted into the Hall of
Fame?

The potential inductee should be a person who has made significant contributions to the Tri-State Circuit and pageantry activity through artistic support, administrative leadership or adjudication.

What information is needed about the nominee?

Each nomination must include the following information: complete name, address, phone number for candidate as well as a brief bio explaining why the candidate should be considered for the Hall of Fame.

Where should the completed nomination forms be sent?

All nomination forms should be forwarded either by mail or email to the Tri-State Circuit Executive Director – Dan Middlesworth.

What is the deadline for nominations?

All nomination forms must be received no later than March 15, 2006.

Who will decide who is inducted into the Hall of Fame from the nominations?

This year Tri-State Circuit Board will review and choose inductees from all of the nominations submitted. In the future years, the Hall of Fame members will review and consider all nominations for potential inductees.

When will the Hall of Fame inductees be recognized?

The Tri-State Circuit will recognize the Hall Fame inductees at the Tri-State Championships; furthermore, the inductees will also be memorialized on the Tri-State Circuit’s web page under the Hall of Fame site.

To nominate a candidate for the Tri-State Circuit Hall of Fame, please submit the following information. Please type your nomination and limit the nomination to one page.

  1. Include the complete name, address and home telephone number (including area code) for the candidate being nominated.
  2. Include the complete name, address and home telephone number (including area code) for the candidate being nominated. Explain why this candidate should be considered for induction into the Tri-State Circuit Hall of Fame.
  3. Include the complete name, address and home telephone number (including area code) for the candidate being nominated.
    Please include as much documentation as possible in your nomination about:
    a) The background the nominee has in the pageantry activity.
    b) The nominee’s contribution to the Tri-State Circuit.
    c) The example the nominee provides for the youth of our circuit.
  4. In the nomination letter, please also include a contact name, address and home phone number (including area code) for the unit making the nomination.

    Each unit may only nominate only ONE candidate.
  5. Letters of nomination can be mail or e-mailed as an attachment and must be received on or before March 15, 2006.
