TSC Mission Statement

The TriState Circuit is an organization that serves Winter Guard and Percussion units. Members of the circuit are from scholastic and independent units in the Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia region.

The TriState Circuit is dedicated to providing performance opportunities to all interested units.

TriState Circuit was founded September 25, 1995 with 18 units. Many of these founding members are still active in the circuit. TSC has grown to a yearly average of a 100 units with over 95% participation in the circuit championships. Our units have represented themselves well on the national level at WGI Regional and National contests as finalist and medal winners.
